Hotel staff is wonderful and helpful. Was worried at first cause of other reviews, but there was no reason. And the tiny houses amazing, with small pools. Everything was very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Hotel is situated at the edge of the village, but everything is in walking distance. Same with sandy beach.

Incredible place - great staff - great breakfast - great location to be in Koh Chang

Beautiful, cozy bungalows nested on the river, at different heights, and connected with beautiful wooden bridges and passageways. Lots of vegetation. It’s a beautiful for the eyes resort. My room was clean, bed was comfy, overall very good compared to Thailand usual accommodations. No bugs found, no mosquitoes in the room, good ac, strong shower pressure, stable water temperature. Ac was not noisy. No smells in the room, no bed bugs (I check carefully every bed), no mold and linen where clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was served in a wooden large dock on the river, super quiet and suggestive with the morning Sunrays, of course covered by a roof. Good choice of food, local and western. A cook prepared eggs and homelettes in real time upon request.

The resort was absolutely beautiful and isolated and a little paradise on the beach, while maintaining the jungle surrounding all of the rooms! The staff were so lovely, I felt like I was leaving family after 2 weeks there! Beautiful big rooms, great infinity pool, lovely breakfast buffet. The staff made a massive effort during the Loy Krathong festival and the whole experience was unreal!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was like laying on a cloud, breakfast amazing each day, room was clean, view of the beach 10/10, great location. I can’t fault the Dewa they made me feel very special on my birthday

The Deluxe Double with Sea and Pool View is stunning. Sunsets are beautiful from the beach, pier and balcony. Gorgeous beach. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

We recently stayed at Grand View Resort, and it was such an enjoyable experience that we ended up extending our stay by three more days. The hotel’s prime location near White Sand Beach is one of its biggest highlights. It’s also conveniently close to numerous excellent restaurants (like Beach Tango that we like the most or 15 palms that’s good as well), making dining out a breeze. You can dive straight into the ocean directly from the hotel grounds, with convenient access just a few steps from your room. We chose a sea-view deluxe room with a pool, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was comfortable and offered stunning views, making it an ideal place to unwind. What we loved most about the resort was the overall ambiance. The spacious garden, cozy atmosphere, and the privacy of having no tourists passing through the resort’s grounds created a serene and relaxing environment. It truly felt like a peaceful sanctuary amidst the natural beauty of Koh Chang. The staff was another standout feature of our stay. They were always helpful, attentive, and incredibly friendly, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our visit. A great way to explore the island is by hiring a motorbike, which gives you the freedom to visit other fantastic spots like the Fisherman’s Village or Lonely Beach. Lonely Beach stands out for its alternative vibe and numerous clubs offering live music. On the way to Lonely Beach, make sure to stop for an amazing dinner at El Barrio restaurant. The food there is incredible, but be sure to book a table in advance—it’s a popular spot for good reason! Grand View Resort is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a tranquil, well-located retreat. We’ll definitely be back!
