Staff were so professional and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and stylish. The pool area was lovely with free towels to use. Breakfast was delicious and you can sit in the outside dining area with an amazing view. Very peaceful and just step outside to hotel and you're in a busy area with popular food places and sites. They organised an airport transfer and I also used the hammam and had a great massage. Loved it!

This is a top notch hotel! Employees were incredibly attentive to our needs. Everyone went above and beyond to help. Not to mention the great location and wonderful breakfast. Lastly, the bed linens were crisp and prestine. Room was impeccably clean and fresh. Loved the roof top terrace.

You do have to walk uphill a bit, but oh, the views! The breakfast was excellent and the terrace beautiful. The room was clean, and the staff flexible and accommodating. We loved it! Thank you!

The hotel is at an excellent location. Relatively close to Medina (15 minutes on foot), close to their main avenue and harbor. Very good breakfrast at a fair price. Clean, friendly staff always eager to help. They speek english and will help you with anything you need.
