We had an amazing stay at Kayakapi Premium hotels this summer. The location, the staff, the pool, the breakfast and the restaurant in general exceeded all our expectations. Not to mention the authentic cave rooms that were very spacious and meticulously decorated. If I would go back to Kapadokya I would stay at Kayakapi again. We have already given recommendations to all our friends and family. If you decide to stay here you should not miss trying the Testi Kebab, a local Kapadokya dish, at the hotel restaurant. Just be aware you have to order it one day ahead. Also a big thank you to the kind staff Duygu who helped our dream come true in organizing the balloon ride. It was truly a spectacular experience!

A very special experience to stay in a cave. It was a nice cool place to retreat from the heat. Good views from the terrace. We booked a couple of tours through the hotel which was easy and good value. Everyone was polite and helpful. They even helped by booking a very good value transfer from the airport to our hotel in Istanbul when we left. Great restaurants within walking distance. Nice friendly relaxed village.

The place is even prettier and magical than the photos. The attention and masagges they offer is a experiencie you cant miss. We did a tour with a guide recommended by the hotel and it was an incredible and unforgettable travel. Food is delicious and i cant even describe the beauty of the rooms, every detail is cared for. We had a wonderful stay at Canyon Cave Hotel Cappadocia! The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what truly made the experience special was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Every request we had was met with a warm smile and a willingness to help. This is a wonderful hotel. I believe that the owner probably sees his guests as family and relatives visiting Cappadocia, and he sincerely hopes that you will have a wonderful stay. I feel that the owner cares for his employees, and that the employees get along well with each other. Also, the smiles that all the staff give us are so nice, so that alone makes you feel good all day. If I were a young person, I might ask if there is a chance to work here. The breakfast is also delicious and wonderful. Also, staying in this room surrounded by rocks is more comfortable than I imagined, and I can sleep soundly at night. I can challenge activities that require me to get up a little early because I don't feel tired the next morning. Maybe it's the effect of these rocks. By the way, my husband and I are not good at speaking English, let alone Turkish, which is difficult to pronounce. Therefore, when we wanted to communicate our requests about things that were not included in the official services, such as washing dirty clothes or our ideal way of spending time, we communicated them to the owner through the Google Translate app. We also sometimes communicated them to the owner through WhatsApp. The owner never showed any signs of displeasure, was very proactive in everything, and patiently tried to understand and carefully suggested each and every thing. Also, when we got lost while hiking, he rushed to help us in his car despite his busy schedule. The experience of our adventure in the valley has become a precious treasure in our lives. We are grateful to the owner as if he saved our lives. It was a wonderful stay. I would like to praise myself for choosing this hotel. This is a hotel full of love and compassion. We are truly grateful. Thank you so much!

The breakfast and pool were great. The location is a little outside the city, which we preferred as it was quiet and you can see the stars at night. 15 minute taxi ride (150tl) to go to Goreme town. But our restaurant was delicious too. We just went into Goreme for a change one night.
