The renovation of the building and conversion into a hotel has been sympathetically and tastefully done. The fixtures and fittings of the rooms are of a high quality. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had an exceptionally good meal in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast was terrific too.

The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal; right across the road from the spa and close to shops, restaurants and bars. It is 10 mins walk to the bus station which is convenient if you are walking the Malerweg. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable bed, location is excellent, nice lobby/lounge/bar area. When you enter your room and plug your key in the wall, the TV automatically turns on to a fireplace with a nice video video of a fire. Corny, yes, but we liked it. Staff's English was excellent!

All accommodation comes with free WiFi and private kitchen facilities. We liked everything. The apartment was immaculate in terms of cleaning and decoration. It was very large and very comfortable. Our interactions with the staff were polite and helpful. The decoration of our apartment and of the whole building is beautifully done. The location is not in the historical Altstadt, but is a fairly short walk away, or one tram stop, and it is close to other parts of the city. Altogether excellent.
