Absolutely charming accomodation. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room and en suite, large towels, and lovely view. Went down to the cafe for breakfast and the meals were delicious and reasonably priced, staff was pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend this accommodation. This accommodation is only 15 minutes from Edinburgh airport which makes it a perfect place to land the night before a flight.

We attended our daughters Graduation and stayed at the Rusacks. We have celebrated birthdays and this recent celebration at the 18 -Bar on top. Service is excellent - apart from the fantastic view and drinks on offer. The rooms are large and well appointed with old world charm

to many University Departments and buildings, shops, The Old Course. and many historic places of interest. Location was ideal, breakfast and service top notch and facilities fantastic. Will definitely stay here again

There are stunning views of Forth Rail Bridge, the Forth Road Bridge and the Queensferry Crossing. The bed was super big and comfortable room size it was nice and shower was spacious as well. Staff very attentive and friendly. Thank you for the room upgrade and the little treats on my room for my birthday

The Balgeddie House Hotel looks out over its own large gardens and the Fife countryside. It was built in 1923 and has now been extended and refurbished. We stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe Room. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. We had a gorgeous view from the back window, out towards the garden. The breakfast was great! Dinner was also lovely, desert was the best. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Hope to stay again in the future, highly recommend.

The famous Old Course is within easy walking distance. Free WiFi is available throughout. could not fault this hotel. Our room (No.10 Junior Suite) was fantastic for 3 of us with plenty of room. Very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. staff very attentive & friendly. Location was perfect.

This hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The ambience of this hotel is superb. The service by all staff was excellent. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel. We invited relatives to join us for dinner. The food was delicious, the service excellent and the surroundings calming and relaxing. This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had on my eight weeks holiday, my 17th bed! Without exception the staff were professional, friendly, helpful and gave the impression that they really enjoyed their work. It was a pleasure to stay there.
