Located on the beachfront, in the centre of Kos Town, Kos Aktis is a luxurious, minimalist design hotel. It offers rooms with specially designed balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea and serves a sumptuous, certified Greek breakfast in the morning. We had an amazing stay - it was a total jackpot! The staff was very welcoming, friendly and accomodating. We got a very nice room, it was the first night abroad of our 1 month long holiday, and it was just a perfect start. Thank you very much. P.S: the breakfast was THE BEST!

Bathrobes, slippers and toiletries are provided. Some units include spa baths and private pools. Staff were amazing. From GM to ladies @ reception, wait staff, porters and housekeepers. The GM greets @ breakfast and last day had minor problems with room, GM took notes and by the end of breakfast problems were solved.

It consists of a main house surrounded by several bungalows, all nestling in the beautiful gardens created by the owners. The staff are so friendly and solution-oriented that they make you feel truly special. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, and the food is fresh and delicious every day. When we couldn’t get a taxi and urgently needed to catch the ferry, the lovely owner of your hotel, dear Matina, kindly drove us there herself. Many thanks to dear Matina and her team.🤍

It is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, and its rooms open out to a balcony with sea, pool or garden views. Amazing hotel, close to the beach, clean and comfortable. Really nice staff and good food.
