Certified with the Indoor Environment Quality, the hotel implemented with additional hygiene measures, including UV light installed air conditioning system and negative air pressure ventilation system for all guest rooms. every single interaction I had with the staff, no matter how big or small was met with a smile and the utmost professionalism I had some small requests during my stay like ordering flowers, the concierge went above and beyond to help this happen, even getting me a better deal than what I asked for I absolutely loved my stay here, I want to come back to Hong Kong in large part due to the great experience with this hotel

Very quite and good noice isolation, thick doors, we didn’t hear anything (except for aircon)

The hotel is located a 40-minute drive from Hong Kong International Airport and a 10-minute walk from Star Street featuring galleries, chic furniture outlets, trendy booksellers, cosy cafés and stylish restaurants. The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is situated about 1 km away. recently had the pleasure of staying at The Upper House Hotel in Hong Kong for one night and I must say, it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. Each of the full-floor one-bedroom suites features soothing modern interiors in a neutral palette that is complemented by an abundance of natural light from the large windows. In addition, every floor delivers open city views, with penthouse floors offering Victoria Harbour views. From the moment of check in until the check out the staff was treating us truly exceptionally. They were so kind and so welcoming that it made our stay unforgettable. The location is great, close to train station and metro. This will definitely be a hotel that we will return to!

Le Prabelle Hotel is located in Mongkok, just next to China-Hong Kong Cross-boundary Coach Station. It is only 1-minute walk from the C2 Exit of MTR Prince Edward Station. Free WiFi access is available. Just staid there for a whole month. Location: 4 Subway lines in walking distance (2/8, 1, 4, 7) 2 of those reachable via elevator to hotel basement SEG Center is across the road Facilities: Fitness room (F36) Enjoy the treadmill views, they are great! Be aware, free weights are lacking. 2 high quality, full featured towers make up well. Washing machine on the terrace (F31). Everything required is there for free. Staff: Many speak fluent English. this is a rarity in Shenzhen. Super helpful and friendly. Special tanks to Johnathan the general Manager. WIFI: Hotel has a great internet connection for free. Still you will require VPN for "western" Services. This is a general limitation that applies to ALL Hotels in Shenzhen. There are no more exceptions from the "big firewall". Rooms: Clean, great pillows and matraces If you can grab a high floor do it, the views are great. King rooms do have better views than twin rooms.
