Since I was traveling with elderly guests, the hotel kindly upgraded our room to the first floor for easier access. We really appreciated their attention to every detail. Although there’s no elevator, the staff helped carry our luggage both upon arrival and departure — truly outstanding service! Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety, with both buffet and à la carte options. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel’s cleanliness, service, and attention to guests’ needs. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!!!
