Here you can admire early 20th-century architecture, Art Nouveau design, exposed-stone walls and exposed-wood beams. Best location, very friendly and professional staff , very good breakfast from natural products, stylish room and clean facilities. Highly recommended.

Has to make a last minute change after booked hotel didn’t tell us about the construction and scaffolding blocking our room windows and deck. Art Guest House was lovely. Great host who showed us how everything worked. Also had a cold water station to fill your bottles; both still and sparkling water. The room was very spacious and so clean. Great place to stop for a night or two in Cagliari. Great central location to the old town.

The place is absolutely beautiful and has a gorgeous view over the city. I had all interactions with Mauro, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There's a little coffee station in the common room, which allows for a coffee with breathtaking views in the morning. The room itself was very clean and rather cool thanks to the thick walls (but also had A/C which I didn't have to use much). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also quite clean and had a nice shower. Absolutely great value for the price.
