Guests can wear colourful yukata robes at the property. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The property is absolutely gorgeous, we had the traditional Japanese room which was spacious, clean and very beautiful. The host greeted us, explained everything in great detail, took some pictures and then we were invited to a tea ceremony that was hosted by his mother. I would definitely book the room again - probably the best experience in our Japan trip.

Standing beside the Taki River, it features outdoor hot-spring baths and traditional in-room meals and is a 5-minute walk from Arima Onsen Train Station. The Japanese rooms have traditional futon bedding and a minibar. The service is very good 👍 appreciate the receptionist help to book ENT clinic for one of our friends, especially we are not fluent in Japanese.

Guests at Onishiya Suisyouen Ryokan can experience a traditional Japanese room with futon beds and tatami (woven-straw) flooring, or enjoy a Western-style room. Japanese-style rooms include a tea maker, private bathroom and a satellite TV. All rooms have air conditioning. The private onsen was amazing. Also the onsen nearby, where they dropp you off and pick you up again. Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious and beautiful rooms and the dinner and breakfast was WOW!

Complimentary tea and coffee are offered after checking in, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff. Rainshower shower in its own room. Spacious room. Most sophisticated toilet system of all my stays. Hard and very good beds. Nothing to complain.

A modern, clean, spacious hotel, in the 3rd-14floor, with inner yard for relaxing or playing chess, with a very good breakfast, with free drinks all day, plus small cake, cheese, cheese from 5pm-8pm, with spacious room, with slippers, yukata, toothbrush etc, fridge, all what you need. We stayed for 3 nights and it was very relaxing place

Great location close to the station and a short walk from the castle. very friendly staff. parking for several cars (uses car lift so size limits apply). Great Japanese breakfast choice. Free ramen from 21.30-2300 every evening. roof spa (didn’t see or use though as stated only one night). Rooms a little dated but perfectly fine.
