Fes El Bali, Fès
Dar Bensouda is located in the heart of Fes’s Medina, just 15-minute walk from Batha Square. This riad offers en suite rooms, 2 courtyards and a swimming pool.
Dar Bensouda’s rooms combine the traditional architecture of the original palace with modern comforts. The rooms and suites are arranged around the fountain courtyard. They are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom. The suites have a bathtub and sitting room.
That said, there were a couple of small issues. The blanket in our room didn’t have a cover, which felt a bit unhygienic for us. Additionally, even though we pre-ordered dinner for the second night, the portion sizes could have been a bit larger.
For future guests, I highly recommend booking directly through their website rather than third-party platforms, as doing so includes complimentary dinner along with breakfast. Through Booking.com, only breakfast was included.

Absolutely amazing Riad, located very close to tala kebira and the blue gate, right where you want to be inside Fes medina but close to the gate. Really good value for price paid, good breakfast, quiet and spacious room with powerful A/C. A special mention goes to the staff, in particular to Lahcen, who went above and beyond to make our stay friendlier. He gave us several tips on the area, even booked a local restaurant on the phone on our behalf. Will definitely stay in Riad Sabah whenever we return to Fes.

Located in the medina of Fès, Riad Fes Aicha & SPA offers guest rooms with a modern, Moroccan décor and is a 2-minute walk from the central market. Excursions in the area and transfers can be organised, with an additional cost. The accommodation was perfect, we really like it. The hotel manager/receptionist was caring and always keen to help. He found us a restaurant for the dinner and even accompanied us there. Also he called a taxi, printed boarding passes and prepared breakfast to go for us at 3AM and made sure we felt safe.

Set within Fes Medina, Dar Attajalli offers traditional Moroccan décor, a rooftop terrace with views of the Medina and a fountain. The spice, antique and perfume Bazaar is only a 3-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. The 2 guys responsible went above expectations and helped a lot as we were sick for a day. Every little detail was well taken care of - from the constant Moroccan tea on the house to the great quality of the amenities in the rooms and amazing self-written guide of the city and tours offered. The restaurant and cook are fabulous with clear emphasis on good quality sustainable products. Best breakfast in Morocco we've had! And not to forget - the cozy terrace, where actually dinner is served, unfortunately couldn't experience it due to the weather
Fes El Bali, Fès
Dar Faracha Fes is set a 2-minute walk from the Medina of Fes and offers a rooftop terrace with a view of the city. It is traditionally designed and guests are free to relax on the patio or in the lounge. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at, I cannot recommend it enough. I'll start with the most important, which is the people. Murad and the others made us feel like welcome guests rather than customers. They went out of their way to ensure that we weren't missing a thing. Starting with small things like ensuring we always have drinking water, to doing our laundry when we asked - without extra charge I might add. This is in addition to helping organize things during our stay. The room itself was beautiful, big, clean, comfortable and quiet. The riad is beautiful. Do yourself a favor and book this.
Fes El Bali, Fès
Located in the Fes Medina, just a 2 minutes from Quaraouiyine Mosque, Riad Kettani’s 3 flowered rooftop terraces overlook the mountains and Medina. A continental breakfast is prepared every morning and can be enjoyed on the terrace. The riad was stunning and impeccably clean. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided each day. The breakfast was diverse, including pancakes, yogurt, eggs, fruits, and more. We also had dinner and the chicken tajine was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and even assisted us in finding a guide to explore Fes.

Great location, nice interior design, good breakfast. Funky vibes!
Excellent location close to Talaa Kbira (main street) but at the same time hidden in a quiet tiny alley. Great breakfast served on rooftop by an amazing chef. Beautiful & authentic interior design, with a nice lovely view over Old Fes from the rooftop.
Muhammed was incredibly welcoming, he showed us the property, told us about Fes and made us a great breakfast. The riad had a lovely interior design, the breakfast layout was great (you all have breakfast together) and the beds were very xomfortable!
The riad was beautiful. the design and tile work was stunning and the outdoor area with the pool was wonderful. We were offered Moroccan food on the menu and the Pastilla with fruit was delicious. the atmosphere was one of a kind. the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and lovely. the women working there were very helpful, friendly and kind. I would highly recommend.
Very friendly and impeccable service. The property is gorgeous ! The moroccan gastronomy is very refined in the beautifully designed restaurant with stunning 360 views of the Medina. Our suite was amazingly gorgeous mixing a traditional stylish design with high luxury comfort. The property is full of magnificent artworks. The breakfast is a delight. The spa pools are the most impressive I have seen anywhere. 5 star luxury at its very best !
