Dar Bensouda is located in the heart of Fes’s Medina, just 15-minute walk from Batha Square. This riad offers en suite rooms, 2 courtyards and a swimming pool.

Dar Bensouda’s rooms combine the traditional architecture of the original palace with modern comforts. The rooms and suites are arranged around the fountain courtyard. They are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom. The suites have a bathtub and sitting room. That said, there were a couple of small issues. The blanket in our room didn’t have a cover, which felt a bit unhygienic for us. Additionally, even though we pre-ordered dinner for the second night, the portion sizes could have been a bit larger. For future guests, I highly recommend booking directly through their website rather than third-party platforms, as doing so includes complimentary dinner along with breakfast. Through Booking.com, only breakfast was included.

Set in the Fes El Bali district in Fès, Riad Sabah boasts a restaurant and free WiFi in all areas. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property.

Some rooms feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. A terrace or balcony are featured in certain rooms. Every room includes a private bathroom. Extras include free toiletries and a hair dryer. Absolutely amazing Riad, located very close to tala kebira and the blue gate, right where you want to be inside Fes medina but close to the gate. Really good value for price paid, good breakfast, quiet and spacious room with powerful A/C. A special mention goes to the staff, in particular to Lahcen, who went above and beyond to make our stay friendlier. He gave us several tips on the area, even booked a local restaurant on the phone on our behalf. Will definitely stay in Riad Sabah whenever we return to Fes.

Located in the medina of Fès, Riad Fes Aicha & SPA offers guest rooms with a modern, Moroccan décor and is a 2-minute walk from the central market. Excursions in the area and transfers can be organised, with an additional cost. The accommodation was perfect, we really like it. The hotel manager/receptionist was caring and always keen to help. He found us a restaurant for the dinner and even accompanied us there. Also he called a taxi, printed boarding passes and prepared breakfast to go for us at 3AM and made sure we felt safe.

Set in the Medina of Fès, just a 1-minute walk from the Batha Museum, Dar Al Madina Al Kadima offers guestrooms in a riad. Guests can enjoy panoramic views on the rooftop terrace and relax in the Moroccan lounge. Mohammed and Hamsa were very helpful in responding to my request seeking emergency medical assistance to address a severe cold/sore throat and stomach ailment that immobilized me, making my stay miserable. Got me checked in to a nearby hospital which successfully treated and released me within about 4 hours that turned the prospects of my trip around 180 degrees.

Set within Fes Medina, Dar Attajalli offers traditional Moroccan décor, a rooftop terrace with views of the Medina and a fountain. The spice, antique and perfume Bazaar is only a 3-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. Staff were excellent. They arranged a English speaking guide for me and guide was excellent as well. For first time travelers staying in the Medina, get a guide for half a day. They show you all main parts of the Medina without getting lost, getting lost is part of the experience but to get most out your time. This isn't about Dar Attajalli itself but the experience of staying in the Medina. Due the Median having very narrow streets, cars can't drive to the Riad directly. Taxi takes you as close as possible to the Riad, from there a Porter in a buggy with take you and your luggage to the Riad. Since I had just arrived in Morocco, I didn't have small change, the staff paid the Porter and upon leaving when I tried to pay back, the staff didn't accept the fee for the Porter. Stayed Dec 14 - Dec 17, 2023.

Dar Faracha Fes is set a 2-minute walk from the Medina of Fes and offers a rooftop terrace with a view of the city. It is traditionally designed and guests are free to relax on the patio or in the lounge. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at, I cannot recommend it enough. I'll start with the most important, which is the people. Murad and the others made us feel like welcome guests rather than customers. They went out of their way to ensure that we weren't missing a thing. Starting with small things like ensuring we always have drinking water, to doing our laundry when we asked - without extra charge I might add. This is in addition to helping organize things during our stay. The room itself was beautiful, big, clean, comfortable and quiet. The riad is beautiful. Do yourself a favor and book this.

Located in the Fes Medina, just a 2 minutes from Quaraouiyine Mosque, Riad Kettani’s 3 flowered rooftop terraces overlook the mountains and Medina. A continental breakfast is prepared every morning and can be enjoyed on the terrace. The riad was stunning and impeccably clean. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided each day. The breakfast was diverse, including pancakes, yogurt, eggs, fruits, and more. We also had dinner and the chicken tajine was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and even assisted us in finding a guide to explore Fes.

Located in Fès Old Medina, Riad Rcif features traditional Moroccan décor, a hammam and a patio with a fountain. It is just an 8-minute walk from the ancient school, Bou Inania Madrasa.

All rooms offer views of the patio or medina, a seating area and TV. The en suite bathrooms feature colourful zellij and tadellakt tiles and a separate bath. We booked 2 nights in this Raid. From the personal welcome by the manager Noor until the goodbye we enjoyed a perfect service. the Riad offers plenty of space. The rooms are very wide, clean and decorated with many details keeping the traditional style. The same can be said about the lobby, bar and common spaces. Additionally the Riad has multi-level terrace with the view over the Medina. We would like to highlight the amazing service spirit that the all staff showed us every day clearly evidence of the good practices and big heart of the Mnager Noor. We received valuable information and recommendations for all aspects of our stay. We are already planning to return soon.
