Great attention from the staff, special thanks to Mr Julio, who attended us most of the time of our stay. We got a taxi recommended by the hotel, Mr Luis Vela, who did a great job and gave us a very fair price.

Plaza del Sol, the commercial area, is 5 km away. Amazing stay, this hotel surpassed our expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean, the shower was one of the best I had in South America. There are two pools in the complex, they’re open until 10pm, one of them is heated. There is also an on-site restaurant where we had a delicious dinner and a fantastic breakfast - one of the best in Peru!

We didn't have time to go into the pool, but we saw it been cleaned in the morning and the area looked nice and clean. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We were staying on the first floor, and there were no noises or anything that bothered us. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

The room I had booked wasn’t available but she went out of her way to find an alternative that I was happy with and helped me move my luggage. Everything was “not a problem” for her and she did everything with a huge smile.
