Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. We were warmly welcomed by the owner. There are coffee and snacks all day long. The host called a taxi for us and was so helpful. This is also a fabulous location, right across from the convent and close to the Santa Justa lift.

We did not have to use the taxi once. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Nice rooms and building, with good cleaners. We asked for a quiet room and we got our rest in the middle of the busy city.

Marquês de Pombal Metro Station is just 110 metres away and provides connections with most of the city. Eduardo VII Park is 400 metres away. Nearby Avenida da Liberdade is filled with high-end shops and boutiques. Chiado and Rossio are historical areas which guests may reach through a 15-minute Metro ride. Lisbon’s Portela International Airport is 7.7 km away from the HF Fenix Music. Breakfast was great. Hotel and room clean and modern. We were very satisfied.

The location, the staff, clean comfortable room / beds. Complimentary snacks. The shared bathrooms always available as the kitchen very handy. The smoking area from the kitchen 👌if ever coming back would love to stay here again. Highly recommend
