The reception is situated on-site. Our recent accommodation in Bratislava exceeded expectations. The room was perfect in size and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, offered everything needed for preparing basic meals and enjoying coffee or tea. The location at the beginning of the old town was ideal, allowing easy access to the city's historical charm. However, parking proved to be a bit tricky, leading us to utilize a nearby car garage at a cost of 30€. The standout feature of our stay was the incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff. Their warm hospitality enhanced our overall experience, making this accommodation in Bratislava highly recommended for a memorable and enjoyable visit.

The decor was amazing, no expense spared. The staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

Only 5 minutes' walk from the Slovak National Theatre, the Main Square and the Primate's Palace, the Roset Hotel & Residence enjoys a central location. This hotel deserves top ratings. Almost verything was perfect. It's biggest asset are the people who work there. They are very nice and always try to help. The receptionists, the people in the breakfast room - everyone. The second best thing about the hotel is the room size: Massive! I had Meta Quest virtual reality glasses with me, and for the first time I had enough space to play some of the games. Not even at home do I have so much space. Another great thing is the location. Minutes walking to the historical center, to the river Danube, or to the public transport hub at Šafárikovo námestie. Eurovea shopping center is also within a comfortable walking distance. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, especialy the selection of fresh fruits. The room was clean and comfortable, including the bathroom. Bathrobes and slippers were provided, which is always a plus. The bed was very comfortable, and did NOT have a plastic sheet under the bedsheet, like in so many (almost all) hotels these days (the plastic reflects body heat instead of letting the mattress absorb it and makes you sweat during the night). There was a generous wardrobe with a lot of space for clothes - anothere welcome departure from the norm today, where even in 4-stars hotels all you get is a couple of exposed hangers somewhere in the corner. There was none of the "design for design's sake" nonsense to be found in the room or indeed anywhere in the hotel. Everything was functional, but tasteful. All in all, I can imagine spending even whole weeks in this room without lacking for comfort.

Yes we got a history lesson from the security guard who had been there for over 15 years. A very charming and knowledgeable man. The highlight of my stay, however, was undoubtedly the staff. Each and every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had the best possible experience. They made me feel like a valued guest and their genuine hospitality was evident in every interaction. Whether it was the front desk staff who greeted me with a warm smile every time I entered the hotel, the housekeeping team who ensured my room was always immaculate, or the restaurant staff who provided exceptional service during my meals, every staff member played a crucial role in making my stay unforgettable. The level of service provided by the staff at this Boutique Hotel truly sets it apart from other establishments.
