We came back late after hours one night and forgot to inform the owners, the gate was left unlocked for us and one of the owners came out helping us finding space to park our car at 1am. Thank you! Rooms are spacious, clean and reasonable price. Good range of breakfast menu to choose from. Highly recommend.

Within walking distance of several must see temples and markets. Clean, comfortable room overlooking the pool and a nice balcony to sit out on and drink the complementary tea/coffee and water in the morning.

The accommodation is a 15-minute drive from Chiang Mai International Airport. I spent a very pleasant stay with BED. The staff are friendly, especially the boy at the reception desk, he helped me a lot. The location is hundreds of meter away from the One Nimman, which is quieter and less crowded. Thank you all.

The location is not the typical tourist location as it is a bit out of the main attraction area, but we loved the fact that we could eat at a local restaurant where there is no English menu and get awaken by monks chanting at the temple next to the hotel. The hotel offers bicycles to ride in the neighbourhood and lifts to the Night Bazaar and the Old City.
