Safe, not too noisy. Easy to park for Uber :-) A lot of complimentary things, such as water in room, breakfast, room snacks, etc. Bar is also very good and the hotel is lively. A lot of people having fun.

The hotel boasts a pool and a garden that you can sit in to read your paper. What will strike you when you first enter is the lovely scent, which was especially designed for it. The hotel is definitely value for money, and better than most 4-star hotels in New York.

Property was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, atmosphere was relaxed, the breakfast was excellent, plentiful, great variety and very tasty. Pool and Hot tub were clean, warm and in good repair. Gulf was a short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach.
