The property is just 400 metres from Old City Gate and 500 metres from Ngoc Son Temple. The famous Dong Xuan Market is 600 metres away, while Noi Bai International Airport is accessible with a 21 km drive. The location was great for us, close to everything in District 1. The room was comfortable. The tv had good channels in English, movies with no commercials. Good internet. The breakfast was excellent. We arrived a couple of days before planned and they didn't have a problem receiving us, which was very convenient.

They clean our rooms daily, change our towels daily too. The food served at breakfast tasted delicious, I truly enjoyed it. There were lots to choose from Vietnamese cuisine to western cuisines. Location was perfect, walking distance to the lake and St. Joseph’s Cathedral may be around 5 mins walk or less, and to more popular tourists spots. Would recommend this place.
