We took the room with a view of the Burj and the fountain with the club included and we were very satisfied. The view from the terrace to see the Burj and fountain show makes a big difference. Also very appreciable is the club with a terrace always with a view of the Burj and the fountain, exclusive for certain rooms and which includes breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner etc. The premises are very luxurious, the environment and the quality are of a high level and the staff is super kind and always ready to help you and pamper you even in the large swimming pool, always with a view.

Set in a traditional palatial residence, Palace Downtown overlooks Dubai Fountain and the lake surrounding Burj Khalifa. It features an Arabian-style spa and a gym with personal trainer.

The location is excellent. The pool is very clean. The staff is wonderful specially Aziz at the reception and Ali at the concierge, these 2 great persons made our stay wonderful. Also the people for room service are very kind, always polite and full of attention. we had on’y one lunch at the restaurant but the food was fresh and Alain makes nice mocktails. We will definitely take accommodation at Damac Maison Mall on our next venue.
