The workers are very friendly and helpful at all times, both cleaning, reception and hotel valet. I don't remember any names but everyone who attended me during my stay was incredible. The rooms as expected of a 5 star hotel were spotless.

we came to the hotel very late, nearly midnight, due to a cancellation of our flight, the staff at the reception were absolutely kind and welcoming! they even let us keep the room until 4pm the other day, thank you very much for that! the views from the hotel pool are amazing, particularly the sunset! breakfast is also very nice:)
