My recent stay at ARTIST Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I was enveloped in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that extended far beyond the standard expectations. The room was comfort and style, impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast offered delicious options and the location was ideal. However, what truly elevated my stay to an unforgettable level was the friendly and attentive staff. It was a pleasant surprise to hear my mother tongue (Greek) spoken by one of the staff members, which added a special touch of warmth and connection. In the evenings, the hotel bar became a favorite spot. The bartender was a true artist, crafting exceptional cocktails in a wonderful atmospheric ambiance, making it the perfect place to unwind and socialize. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family and look forward to returning in the future.

The location was great and convenient, yet the area was very quiet, which made it easy to relax. The room and bedding were very, very clean—you can tell they really pay attention to detail. The room was also warm and cozy, which made it feel extra comfortable. On top of all that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I found this accommodation to be excellent. First, the room was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything necessary. I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom and had no issues at all. The bathroom and shower were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect, offering a variety of options and everything I needed to start the day. Lastly, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with anything. The location is perfect as well—it's close to metro, train, and bus stations that can take you anywhere in the city. I highly recommend this place.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. There was great restaurants nearby and the tram just outside the door which was very convenient to get into the city. The aircon worked so well (it was 35°c when we were there) and the daily housekeeping was great. The tea I liked wasn’t restocked (not a complaint at all, they offer about 8 different types of tea!), however we asked someone in the office if we could grab a few from her and she was very generous and gave us an entire box. The cups were very clean and we got fresh towels everyday which was a lovely touch. There was soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied which was great as well as a safe to store your belongings. We honestly really enjoyed this accomodation and loved the city of Vienna! Would 100% stay here again.
