Apartment is as described on the site. Host is super friendly and helpful. Smart TV with internet on site helps a lot with handling a lot of children if need be. All the needed amenities are available. Surprised by getting a free garage parking spot by our host. U bahn is 5min of leisurely walk away, with supermarkets/bakeries/pubs/fast food joints sprinkled in a 5min walking radious.

Perfect stay! Martin is the best host I've ever met. Our check-in time wasn't until 3:00 pm, but we were arriving much earlier at 7:00 am. Since we were traveling with kids, Martin kindly let us check in early at 7 am at no extra charge. He even waited for us with an umbrella on a rainy day to shield us from the downpour. In a word, Martin is a super caring and kind host. The apartment itself was incredibly authentic. It felt like a cozy and comfortable Austrian home, not modern but steeped in genuine Austrian culture. The location was fantastic – the tram station was right outside the door, the metro station was a comfortable 5-minute walk away, and there were Lidle and Billa supermarkets just 4 minutes away. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing apartment. Very big, clean and well equipped. Even with terrace. Parking place was given. Highly recommend. Subway in 50m. Easy to go to the touristic places. My family and I will definitely stay here again. Atis was very considerate, in contact every day.

Quiet,clean and Spacious urban design apartment water pressure is high in the bathroom The actual one is bigger n nicer than in the picture 😃location is the best with the prices , from Wein airport to the apartment it just 15-20min ride by taxi. The train station is just opposite the road, 8 stations about 10min can reach the beautiful city center- Stepheplaz station. In the same street below the apartment,you can find a big grocery store, pharmacy , nice Italian ice cream n cafe- Grassi ...This is very convenient for our stay. The only thing is in the summer days, the apartment will be very warm and stuffy in the afternoon, even though it's a big balcony. the fan in the living room is not strong enough for this extremely hot weather. Other than that, all great and fantastic! I would like to highlight, the staff is very helpful, kind and thoughtful. speedy response to messages. Thanks 🙏❣️

This Hotel is located right outside Zipperstrabe metro station which makes it very convenient for commuting in Vienna. We were there for NYE25 and we really liked the amenities and Hotel staff. They have cloak room facilities and very supportive to store your luggage even before your check-in date.
