The location was perfect, allowing me to walk straight to my favorite restaurants. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—when they learned we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with a chocolate that ended up becoming my favorite. The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, with everything within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Since we arrived early, they happily stored our bags at the reception, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was decent—standard fare, nothing extraordinary. The room was spacious enough and impeccably clean every time we returned from our outings. I’m deducting just one point from the facilities because I needed a bidet, which wasn’t available. However, I understand this is common in most hotels around Melbourne. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to friends.

A new complex. Very clean and modern. The people behind the servicedesk are very friendly and easy going. I will really miss some of them: especially one😊 I extended my stay two times and stayed in different apartments. All was very good.
