The receptionist Stephanie was incredibly kind and supportive during our check-in explaining to us about the city and the hotel and the Christmas special options at the hotel restaurant (breakfast, brunch, etc)

⭐ 5/5 – An Amazing Stay at Basel Youth Hostel
I didn’t expect to be this impressed by a hostel, but Basel Youth Hostel really delivered. From the moment I arrived, I noticed how clean, spacious, and well-maintained everything was—it instantly felt comfortable.
What truly stood out was the thick walls—finally, a hostel where you don’t hear everything through paper-thin dividers! It made a huge difference in sleep quality after a long journey. And the floor heating? A game-changer. That little touch made the space feel extra cozy, especially on colder days.
Everything about my stay felt smooth and effortless, allowing me to just focus on enjoying Basel. If you’re looking for a place where you can rest properly, feel at ease, and trust that everything is well taken care of, this is it. Highly recommend!
