The space was incredibly well-equipped and stylish—everything from the fully functional in-room kitchen and fitness center to the cinema room, coworking spaces, and rooftop terrace made our stay exceptional. Plus, amenities like the pool table, communal lounge, laundry, and coffee bar created the perfect mix of comfort and convenience.

Extremely clean and comfortable. I booked a family room and we had 2 rooms with two bathrooms, connected by a hallway. We arrived late and they managed to serve us a dinner. Absolutely suggested.

Very clean and excellent customer service. Easy key system. Well supplied kitchenette including electric kettle, used for heating baby's bottles. Close to the train station and grocery store. Lovely walking paths nearby and playground less than a minute away.

We booked the hotel for a single day stop in Zug. Very well located in city center! We were lucky to receive room 206 - which was a corner room overlooking the lake in the most perfect angle. Rooms are quite spacious, comfy. Breakfast was good, too.

10+ stars. Wonderful stay. Fantastic staff, spotlessly clean facilities , comfortable beds, homelike setting, quiet, steps to the train station and a great breakfast. What more to add other than the best stay during our 4 week trip to 4 different countries. Andy and his staff make you feel like family and ensure you are well taken care of. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave and could not find fault with anything. We would return and highly recommend.

Well located—super close to the train station and grocery shopping. Very clean and bright with big windows. The tower fans were helpful in the summer. Everything worked well!
