The hotel was across the road from the tram station and in close walking distance to the train station. The staff were very helpful and nice. The restaurant food was excellent. There was space for children to play outdoors.

The staff are helpful. They answer all our questions especially how to get card for public transportation. The room is cleaned everyday.
The gentleman at the restaurant is very helpful. He assisted us very much.
Our flight back to AU leaves later that night. The staff allowed us to stored our luggage for a couple of hours free of charge. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful stay in Switzerland.
