• We mostly chose this hotel for the view and it was amazing; I'm sure it's the best view in Santiago.
• Very helpful staff. One lady at reception helped us book a visit to an alpaca farm. She found the contacts and arranged a next-day visit for us. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but we're super grateful for her help :)
• Amazing breakfast. I recommend trying everything you can order from the menu. Also, my wife is allergic to gluten so it's nice that they had gluten-free bread.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect. It is located in a quiet little square, close to all the points of interest in Providencia, a 10 min walk from the Los Leones metro station. The cleanliness is impeccable, there is a 24 hour reception desk, the gate is locked all the time giving a feeling of security. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a friendly living room and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff and the manager Luciano are all professional, friendly and gave me support in everything I needed. If I return to santiago I will definitely make the same choice for accommodation.

Great host. After a long 14 hour flight the host met me at the building, helped me with storing my bags while the unit was getting ready. Checked in at 3 PM. Very secure building in a great location. It is a spacious 2 bedroom unit with a well equipped kitchen. The unit has a wonderful balcony with a great view of the city and mountains. Near shops and restaurants.

What we like the most was the hospitality, service and the careful way we were received by Ignacio and his beautiful wife. Both are exceptional human beings, really, there are few people in the world with such a nice heart and energy. They made the difference in our time in Santiago. Cozy house, really good breakfast, I didn't notice a difference of being at home and being on Casa Di Patti. The staff and facilities really make you feel like if you were at home. You can cook whenever you want and that makes a huge difference, I would definitely come back.
