Very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They helped to arrange for our excursions and a driver to take us around Dali. The breakfast and lunch were delicious. Room was spacious. We really appreciate their help and kindness. We had a lovely time in Dali.

Had a wonderful stay at this cute inn. I happened to get a free room upgrade since it was low season. The place is really well decorated, super clean, and offers a fantastic view of Erhai -- perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was also super friendly, offering helpful tips and were easy to chat with. Breakfast was yummy (noodles, fresh local fruit, Yunnan coffee, and more). I will stay here again when I visit Dali next time and definitely recommend it to others.

Friendly and Hospitable Hosts: The highlight of my stay was definitely the hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They were patient, sincere, and always willing to answer any questions I had. As locals with deep knowledge of the area, they offered professional and thoughtful suggestions, from sightseeing to local cuisine, which made my trip even more enjoyable and seamless.
This was truly the most pleasant solo trip I've ever had. The hotel provides not only a comfortable place to stay but also a warm, home-like atmosphere that gives a strong sense of belonging. It is like you stepped into the Chinese old movie. That's how I felt when we entered the hotel. The hotel was built more than 100 years ago. No worries, the moment you enter the room, you will be amazed by how beautiful and cosy the room is. The hotel itself is inside the ancient city, which makes you easier to roam around the ancient city area. Oh ya, car cannot enter to the hotel location, but the hotel staff will pick you up and help you with the luggage at the nearest pick-up point. If you are looking for Chinese old movie vibes, you can stay in this hotel.
