The staff were kind and helpful from the very beginning. After we returned to the UK, we realised my mum had accidentally left one of her passports at the hotel. The hotel is easily accessible with a short walk from the metro station. It’s located in a beautiful, green, park-like area. The building itself is stunning and elegant. The room and bathroom were spacious, very well-equipped, and tastefully furnished. The view was pleasant, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic – generous, delicious, and truly luxurious. The staff were also very friendly and professional.

Staff were friendly and helpful and all facilities were spotless and clean. Room was a good size and location was close to subway and stores.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. It's a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The water and beverages in the room are free. What impressed me most was the garden design on the third floor. The price is also very reasonable.

Cleaning Staff’s Recovery Action ( water leakage of sprinkler in the room ) …… urgently recovered for my room with smile without complain anything during evening, technical staff tried to check leaked origin point of water leakage for prevention = this is the most important & I respect staff’s recovery service, hope to be promoted those staff’s position and provided good bonus also why nobody take action like this at the other hotels in Asia.

Its modern, clean, has an excellent loundry service. Small place so every worker knows you and understand your needs. Karol speaks English clearly wich is not easy to found in China .
