The location of the hotel is great, you are in the center of Shanghai, a 5-minute walk from People's Street and subway stations. The breakfast was rich and there was an automatic coffee machine in the lobby, which was a blessing for me :)

The accommodation is close to all Shanghai main attractions as well as closer to the Metro lines with connection toward all directions! The team managing the property are amazingly careful, always supportive and with the best intentions to help in having a good overall Shanghai experience (@Ben and Team, you are fantastic!) The rooms are spacious, well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the stay and feel like home! Cleaning is perfect and I always found my room so neat and clean, even I specifically did not wanted my bedclothes changed every day (and that did not happened) but they looked like . I had an amazing stay and cannot recommend the property more as it is so convenient and with such high level of services! Thank you all there!

This definitely deserves a full ten-star rating! From the very beginning of contact, I felt nothing but professionalism and care. Lemon was really kind and helpful. I really liked the location (very central), the design of the rooms was nice, the rooms were very clean. This hotel offers free laundry and drying service, which is amazing. On the last day of my check out, smth happened to my internet connection, so one of the guys working in the hotel helped me order a taxi to the airport, which I’m very thankful for.

Fast check-in. Very good location. Direct exit to East Nanjing Road. Excellent choice for breakfast and it was very tasty. Daily cleaning. Tea, coffee, daily water bottles in the room. Clean bed linen, towels. Good water pressure, cold and hot, in the shower. Everything as described.
