The room was nice , quiet and clean. Breakfast was good , and they let me put my motorcycle in the parking garage for a reduced price. But what really is great is the location and the fact that they have a self service laundry room.
The tram is just outside the hotel and you can get your tickets from the reception.

- Apartment was clean, when I say clean, I really mean it was clean clean, not " looks clean"
- Bed was comfortable and with warm enough duvet and blanket
- Position is excellent because it is not in the city center and for me it was perfect, if one needs to get to the city center, public transport (trams ) are very close
- nice that water was also included!
- Communication with the owner was simply excellent and the person who handed me the keys was punctual to the very second!
