Clean, good shower, comfortable bed and pillow, great location for going to the historical center, nice lobby space to hang out, kettle and nice assortment of teas in room. Easy to park. Extremely well sound-proofed.

We used Lubeck as a base to explore nearby baltic coast. For this purpose, the hotel location is great, 5mins by foot from the train and bus station. It is also 5mins away from central Lubeck. The location itself seemed safe even in the evening coming from the train station. If the weather was better I'm sure we would have enjoyed the terrace the hotel has facing the river. Hotel itself was fairly priced, staff were nice and we were happy with our stay.

The location is perfect, very close to the Hbf and bus station, but was quiet at night and we never felt unsafe. Beautiful foyer and interior design in the historic building. Very easy to get inside with the website/app and handy not to have to find a key, you could just use your phone. Lots of storage and felt welcomed as guest with complementary tea and coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of charging options and even came with a charger if you forgot yours. It seemed like they thought of everything. Modern and clean. They made an effort to be sustainable by offering reuseable water bottles to use throughout the stay and return at the end of the trip by leaving them back in the room. Compostable packaging.
