Very nice, very clean, cool, smart and modern design of the apartments (we have had three units- two studios and one apartment). The beds are very comfortable (pillows less so), bathrooms with Grohe fittings and the small kitchenettes are of high quality too.
One small negative note for the small carpets in the rooms- a periodic washing is highly needed and recommended.
The whole sixth floor (where these apartments are) was spotless clean and smelling fresh. The units look exactly as in the photos.
Nice personnel.
One welcoming and helpful young man hired by Brassbell was always (24/7) present at the reception, in the main hall of the building.
On the day of the departure we also met two of the young people (a man and a woman) who made the cleaning and they were friendly, smiling, polite and welcoming.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. I booked a private bedroom for one person. The room and bathroom are both very clean and spacious, fully air-conditioned. The breakfast was amazing in the morning. The location is great in the middle of busy Cairo, a short walking distance from many attractions. Everyone and the staff were very helpful and treated me as one of their own and I felt like family with them. They also have everyone for Egyptian trips, and my favorite one is the Giza Pyramids, but in the end I recommend this hotel.👌

Superb location for the price, right in the centre of downtown Cairo. The staff were very friendly and helpful every step of the way. Breakfast was freshly made for you everyday by the staff and you could refill your water bottles for free as well. It was fairly quiet at night since we were on the top floor (7th) and we had no issues despite being in downtown Cairo where the honking from cars is just continuous.

Abdul-Awwal was extremely helpful and accommodating for our overnight stay. He gave us an early check in and a late check out as we had a night train to catch. The suites are an amazing converted apartment and is in a prime location near the museum. It was fun to stay in such a historical building with a rich Egyptian past. We felt privileged to stay in such a beautiful hotel. Thank you from our family!!
