I must say it was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service , thank you Zain, Islam and even the property general manager he greeted us himself in the check out.
The location of the hotel is perfect, well equipped apartment with neutral colour furniture make you feel you live in your own home
What truly sets Vida apart is the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their genuine warmth and dedication to excellent service made me feel like a valued guest.
Overall, the apartment exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this apartments to anyone visiting Egypt especially family, Hethersett you are here for business or leisure.

While the hotel is indeed very nice with a posh feel to it, the highlight really was Mr. Fady Gerges who was kind, friendly and helpful from the moment of my arrival.
Spent 2 nights here and all went very well for me.
Location is reasonable if you are there for business (like I was) as it is in New Cairo which is more towards the business hub of Cairo (Cairo festival city etc)..

From the moment of booking , until the moment of leaving the property, our rate is 10 out of 10.
We found ourselves very comfortable, relaxed and very well looking after by Mr .Osama.
As our visit been very short and busy , because of the host attitude, help and behaviour and because of the commodity and location of the studio, our stay been like home and we’ve managed to do smoothly all the things we’ve planed on our very short stay.
