The room was amazing, very big, had a great sofa, charging station near it. The bed was very soft and big as well. The bathroom was very big and convenient. Everything that I needed was there. At first when I came there was no water and soap, but the hotel texted me themselves asking if everything was ok, when I told them what I am not happy about- they fixed it very quickly and brought me 4 big bottles of water. The location is very convenient, 7 minute walk to naama bay, yet the rooms are quiet and you can sleep very well. The room temperature was very comfortable. I had an amazing experience with Novotel. Also there is a La cart restaurant at the beach- amazing view, amazing food, amazing experience with staff and very cheap! Breakfast 6/10, but lunch/ dinner- good I stayed at Novotel palm, which is across the road from novotel Sharm(where there is a beach). As I understood it is 1 hotel, but divided through road. When you cross the road, staff member goes with you like a security until you enter the second hotel, so you feel safe. If you want to have very quiet room, book novotel palm and go to the beach crossing the street, because from my point of view novotel Sharm can be a bit nosy, because there are concerts there. .

Had a fantastic stay at Maritim Jolie Ville Resort with my family. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, we even received a free upgrade! The room was clean and spacious and the pool area well kept and not over-crowded. The beach is beautiful and the best in Sharm. A special thanks to Katerina for her assistance, we’re definitely coming back!

The apartment was very large, comfortable and quiet with a well-stocked kitchen and exceeded my expectations. The host was really friendly and helpful with lots of advice for eating, shopping, things to do, etc. The host left water and a chocolate bar which was a nice touch.
