Remote farmhouse location with comfortable and modern facilities

Perfect location to the euro tunnel in a beautiful village . Gorgeous restaurant just across the road . Such a warm greeting from Marcus & Anna his dog. Super dog friendly & and a stylish home that’s got the WOW factor . Stayed in his side wing of the property & it was immaculate, stylish & super comfy bed . Sat & had coffee in the garden on arrival & breakfast in Marcus’s beautiful home . Croissants , pain au chocolat , breads , yoghurt , juice & homemade jams . It’s truly a hidden gem .

Very nicely decorated and functional

Very comfortable, well thought out accommodation. We were made very welcome and our host was on hand for any queries. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely highly recommend.

This was a diamond. We travelled from London after a 2 week tour of GB and did a walk on for the ferry to Calais. Shuttle to the city centre where there were no Uber or Taxis available for the day (arrived at 04:30pm). Walked to the hotel enjoying the sites. From there it was incredible. Great location, beautiful and thoughtful amenties. The room decor was incredibly put together with first flight across the channel the focus and incredible decorative details. Shower and toilet separate, that was excellent, we were travelling with our 23 year old daughter. They had a comfortable pull out for her. An internal courtyard is within the hotel that allowed us to have relax and decompress after a busy day travelling from London and walking from the city center pulling a suitcase. It was a sunny evening with a light breeze and to add to the evening we learned so much from our hosts, they were supportive, entertaining but not intrusive. From there we had a quick walk to a resturant that they had recomended where we had a phenomenal meal and experience. From there we had a liesurely walk through the city centre with friendly and helpful residents and made our way back to the well located hotel. In the morning we had a great breakfast, the buns and jams were amazing and the several coffees hit the spot. We could not book a taxi to take us to our car rental in the morning but the owners were very supportive and drove us there and even had to drive back when being an idiot, I left my International drivers licence back at the hotel. Incredibly nice, very interesting to talk to and beautiful lodgings, if we were going back for several days we would book in a heart beat. Thank you so much for adding to the enjoyment of our trip!!!!

The place was spotless, and included a cot and a bathing basin for a baby, which was great. It had all the amenities and wares we needed for our stay there. The beds were very comfortable and getting in and out of the flat was a breeze. We would certainly stay there again if we are crossing over from or back to Dover. There was a pizza place not too far away where we got a very nice nice one for the evening.

Exceptionally clean. All the kitchen essentials were available, plus towels for the bathroom, and a comfy bed. The underfloor heating was an added bonus. What more can I say; great facilities, the host was very welcoming and the house is close to the autoroute and the Channel tunnel. We would definitely stay here again

Everything! Our hosts (adults and cats) were charming, welcoming and made our stay memorable. A highlight of our visit was the extraordinary meal prepared by our hosts. The food was excellent and the wine flowed. Villa des Chats made our last night in France relaxing and pleasurable. We highly recommend Villa des Chats.

Good location and really well appointed. Owners were really friendly and provided a lovely breakfast in the morning. Sauna and spa well worth it. Very clean. Decorated with real character touches. Pleasure staying here. Comfortable bed as well.

Very nice little apartment just by the Calais beach. Great location, 5-10 minutes walking to the town center and 2 minutes to the beach.
