We booked last minute in July 2025 for a family of 7. The apartment was spotlessly clean and slept 7 of us easily. Location is great, just 5 mins walk from the beach and with shops and a great patisserie even closer. Cheaper for us than even the most basic of available hotels. We were just sorry we couldn't stay longer. Host was brilliant and answered all our questions quickly and was very flexible despite the last minute booking.

The interior design is for a hotel of this category and the small size of the rooms is exceptional. I really liked the design and because of that I felt very comfortable in the room! To the terminal 1 I could walk in 18 Minutes, perfect! I would definitely come back.

Everything was nice in Nice city. Location wise its just 10 minutes walk to airport. All facilities were as per details, shared on booking.com before booking. Perfect place to stay with family. 200 meters to get tram for City centre and 400 meter walk to get train for other cities ( Cannes Or Monaco )

Wonderful concept. Just loved the whole package. Immaculate room, decor so unique & practical with flair. Generous snacks, drinks provided throughout the day. The best hot chocolate i've tasted. The bed linen &towels alone were a treat! Very ,very comfortable bed. I ironed my clothes in the ironing room! Dinner was delicious. Price very reasonable for 2 people. The staff were friendly, helpful & attentive.
