We absolutely loved our stay at Baloci. The interior is beautifully designed — a perfect mix of elegance and charming eccentricity, with lots of thoughtful details and character throughout. The location is excellent: situated on a quiet street, yet just a short drive from the city centre. It felt peaceful and tucked away, while still being close to everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott in Birmingham! The staff were exceptionally kind and professional — they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived before the official check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel so we could explore the city without any worries. The same courtesy was extended after check-out, which made our last day in Birmingham so much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel was extremely clean — everything felt fresh and well maintained. Our room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully arranged. The overall service was excellent from start to finish, and the hotel’s location is very convenient — close to the city center but peaceful and relaxing inside. We were really pleased with the level of hospitality and care we received. I highly recommend Delta Hotels by Marriott Birmingham and would definitely stay here again!

The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. I’ll definitely be back when working in the area next time
