A great little flat in a great location. Very well equipped and it felt very cosy and comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches. We would love to stay again but unfortunately the flat is up for sale.

The property was in a great location with access to the beach and easy access to public transport which took you into Edinburgh’s city centre. Steph and her family were attentive and responded to our questions/ needs throughout the stay. They really added to the experience of our trip.

My son Max and I had a magical stay at The Balmoral. The staff were just wonderful. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay extra special for Max (age 9). Our trip to Edinburgh was a special treat because he's a huge Harry Potter fan. He absolutely loved Edinburgh and all it's Potter lore but the stay in the Balmoral was by far the highlight of his trip because of how kind everyone was to us (as well as it being a beautiful luxurious hotel of course).

Breakfast and stuff were out of this world, the best service ever. The hotel is very beautiful and authentic with the vibes of Edinburgh.
Free coffee to go, free wi-fi, 1 minute away from a bus stop.
There was no EU socket in the room, but the lovely receptionist happily provided us with 2 adapters and we were saved :)
