I really liked the location — it’s conveniently close to the airport and easily accessible to shopping centers, grocery stores, and transportation services, whether public or through their private car options. Really lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful especially the ones on breakfast duty. They go above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing as it was made fresh for each and every guest. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well lit and clean. Ice machine on 1st floor. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking from Hampton wick train station and Kingston marketplace. Enjoyed walking to and from the bridge. We really loved it. Will definitely stay here again next time we r there.

Great breakfast - a good selection, high quality products and fantastic service. Staff were always friendly and polite, check-in process was very easy, and rooms were great. Good size, clean, great value for money. Windows were double-layered, so no noise was coming from the street below. Hotel was right near a new metro line, so travel to and from the city was very simple, too.

Paul the Manager and his team were outstanding hosts. The rooms were comfortable. The food was very good and consistent. The wine list was good, with a good selection of beers. The rooms also had a view of the River which was a bonus.
