I had an amazing stay at this property! The staff went above and beyond to help me with a unique request, and their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. The room was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive. To top it all off, the view of the river from my window was breathtaking. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

very nice accommodation with great location near the old town and public transport, the price is very good, rooms are nice and clean and the host is very friendly and helpful. It's a bit hidden, but I got very detailed instructions from the host, so I have found it without issues.

We’ve stayed at several different hotels and guesthouses in Georgia and this was by far the cleanest one, everything was in top shape, WiFi which actually worked in the room and with speed, and on top of it all it was also the cheapest one.
The man in the reception was also very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was good! Room fully equipped, even with a small walk in closet.
Fridge in a cupboard so no noise, good blackout curtains. Bedside tables with lamps and spare power sockets.
Best breakfast I had in the Caucasus area. Pool accessible without booking 10-22.
