They value their customers. Staff was very helpful, friendly and happy from reception to breakfast everyone. The hotel is very clean, excellent breakfast and location.We had an absolutely amazing time at Niko Seaside Resort. The rooms werw spacious and spotless. The view is stunning! It is one of the best view we have ever seen! The apartment was spotless clean, pool was nice, breakfast was excellent with daily homemade pastries. It was the perfect choice to stay in Elounda. Hope one day we will return!

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Ag Nikolaos. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. We were upgraded from a partial to sea view room which was a treat.
