The staff is very kind. When I asked about a room temperature , they put an extra blanket and heater in the room. There isn’t a laundry in the hotel. But the coin laundry is near the hotel.If you ask it at the reception desk, you can get a map.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious & well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also excellent, conveniently situated near to MRT.
