We loved our stay! We booked two double rooms with partial harbor view. At check in they gave us two connecting rooms in that category seeing that we were a family. We really appreciated that.
The view was absolutely amazing, the rooms spacious and spotless, the breakfast had many options and was tasty and the staff was helpful and friendly. We loved that we had complimentary minibar in the room and small gifts for Christmas were a nice touch.
The location is also great, clean and safe area, lots of good food options just a few steps from the hotel.
We really enjoyed everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again when in HK.

Everything was great!
The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The room was very pleasant, comfortable and clean, I took a harbor view room and the view was worth the extra price. The bed was very comfortable too.
The breakfast was great, it offered a lot of variation and it was more than enough - in fact, I ate around 9:30 and wasn't hungry until 15:00 which was very handy for visiting the city at a speed pace, as i had to catch a train that afternoon. Also the hotel stored my luggage after check-out, until i did a bit of visiting and i returned to pick it up before my train, all free of charge.
The location is great too: about 10-20min walk to the star ferry, and the subway station is just around the corner, so very easy to get around.

The harbour view is excellent. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel staff even prepared a birthday welcome snack for my stay. The room service also provide mini surprise everyday in the evening.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, location is great, facilities and room - perfect, all staff is above all complements and expectations. My husband and I really enjoy our weekend.
I also would like to highlight how great guest management team is: i had a birthday during my stay in the hotel, guest management tea arranged a small cake for me and a very warm greetings and celebration card. It was very unexpected and at the same time very nice gesture.
