I loved the hotel's location, the harbour view from our rooms, the delicious food from Cafe East and Executive Lounge, and excellent service from the staff from Reception, Restaurants, Lounge and Maintenance. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and towels feel luxurious. The chocolate cake for my husband's 60th birthday was a really lovely touch. We also enjoyed the New Year's Eve dinner buffet during our stay. I will not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends.
