We stayed in apartment 1 which was on the main path but it was quiet and secure.
The staff were welcoming and got us into our room quicker than the check in time which was great.
We left our bags in the secure lobby so we didn't have to carry them after we checked out.
The room itself was spacious, double bed, small table and chairs, kitchen area with bowls/plates etc and a dishwasher and TV although we didn't use that.
Room had Aircon and blackout curtains so it was comfortable for sleeping and not being woken early.
Bathroom was a good size, towels and wash stuff provided
Coffee and croissants were provided in the courtyard in the morning.

It's very close to the old town, but it's moderately far, so it wasn't noisy. The host, Duje, was so kind during our stay. The accommodation was very clean and more spacious and comfortable than it looks in the photos. Overall, I was very satisfied with this accommodation for 2 nights.

Great spacious apartment in split within walking distance to everything! Apartment is on 4th floor with stairs but the place was quiet, clean and comfy! Good restaurant below as well which has good breakfast!

The location was great - right beside the Old Town of Split and the Riva. Great for discovering Old Town Split by just a few minutes walk, and great access for an evening walk along the riva. Maja was very welcoming upon check-in and made sure everything was alright and that I had everything I needed. She even went above and beyond to send me a message and check that I was okay while there was a storm going on in Split during my stay.

Outstanding apartment and host(s). Perfect location right next to the old city but not in it. Hosts went above and beyond by meeting us for check in and check out, giving tips about the area, letting us store our bags after check out (and letting us borrow umbrellas after check out because it was a rainy day), and hooking us up with a taxi to the airport. Apartment is super well stocked with absolutely everything you could need, including even fruit, coffee, and wine. Grocery store is a block away and the host recommended restaurants. Comfortable beds, good shower, clean, nice layout for multiple people with three different levels. And the price for three nights was similar to one night in a decidedly inferior room in Copenhagen.

Had such a great stay! The flat was spotless and in a super central location, perfect for getting around. He was an amazing host, really responsive and thoughtful. We accidentally left something valuable behind on our way to the airport, and he went out of his way to help us get it back in time, when most people probably would’ve offered to post it. We were only there for one night, so we appreciated his effort!
