Location is great. Very central and easy to access. Everything in the room is new and clean and it has a lot of character. There are 3 small flights of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage that might be a pain point.

We liked everything especially the location, it's couple minutes from old town and Riva. The apartment was very clean and bright. During night there was no noise from the outside, even though it is in the city center.

Very clean and cozy for a couple to stay! The bed was really big, the room had a mini fridge, the AC was really useful, and the bathroom was amazing!

Toni was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. He answered our questions promptly before we arrived and during our stay and was patient and flexible with our schedule changes. An excellent host, he also gave us helpful information about where to find things in the area. The location is perfect for taking in the palace and market and the waterfront. Nice view on seaside.

Regal Residence is the perfect spot in the centre of old town, the room was beautifully designed and so clean! Marko was so friendly throughout our whole stay offering to help us carry luggage, as the room is 3 flights up, and always super responsive with all queries and happy to accommodate. Overall the room was wonderful, exactly like the pictures and we had absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

The location on the Promenade was very convenient to activities. The view of the water was fantastic, but most importantly, Nathalie was such a pleasure to work with.
