This is a very nice hotel with a great location, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I had requested a room with a pool view because the room I was given faced the street, which can be a bit noisy. Unfortunately, no pool view rooms were available. However, the staff went out of their way to make up for it, and since it was my last night in Bali, they kindly offered my sister and me a complimentary dinner at their restaurant. This made our last night in Bali very special. Thank you so much!

Hotel Indigo in Bali is hands-down one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I am a IHG member and have stayed in Hotel Indigos in other cities, but this one blew my socks off. The hotel is beautifully designed in meeting of modern and classically Asian sensibilities. I had a walk around the grounds and it evokes the feeling of being in an Ancient Hindu or Buddhist temple. Gorgeous plants everywhere thanks to amazing gardeners . Wonderful, attentive staff who bothers to remember who you are, where you came from and what activities you booked for the day. I took the coffee art course and was impressed by how much the barista knew about coffee. It turns out one of their star baristas is a regular champion in international coffee art competitions. The hotel also has clear policy with regards to sustainability and food waste - the staff all knew where the leftovers from the breakfast buffet is used for. Amazing attention to detail and training, I must say. The location of the hotel was also perfect - you can walk out of the back and straight onto the beach. The pools had many comfy deck chairs equipped with call buttons so you don't have to get up to order a drink. The Secret Garden pool is especially beautiful at night. Lastly, my room was enormous. Had beautiful decorations and a lovely little patio where I can hang out outside. All of my Asian pet peeves were taken care of: slippers, dressing gown, generous quantifies of shampoo and conditioner.

Amazing location, staff more than helpful and just generally lovely people. Super clean and facilities were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious as was our dinner and we loved the drag queen show! Very lovely property and we’d definitely choose to stay here again!

Great stay and hospitality. Resort suite and villa have amazing views. From the entrance to the pools and beach, the ambiance is incredible. Inclusive breakfast buffet is also wonderful and staff are friendly.
