We liked the layout and interior (dark wood with soft warm white lighting) of the room where we stayed - I think it was a suite (just got an upgrade). It felt like I was in a flat/condo housing unit and not a hotel. I am thinking of following the same layout in my next flat.
The view was the Bundaran so we can easily see the traffic situation along Sudirman.
Nice comfy red cork-bottom slippers too.
My wife also enjoyed looking at the Zen garden in front of the breakfast lounge. The coffee was good - better than compared to the ones in the other 2 big chain hotels around Bundaran!
Service - both at the room and at the breakfast area - was superb. Keep it up.

The hotel decor and ambiance is sublime, luxurious and amazing, i loved the hotel room decor and the view from the room was amazing , all the amenities and complementary waters, the swimming pool is breathtaking, staying at this wonderful hotel really felt like an escape in a mysterious adventurous vintage Jakarta style , but everything was comfortable , it was dreamy, im very satisfied
