Very good location, close to the beach (10 min walking distance), close to restaurants, bars and clubs. Breakfast is on choice options, not buffet, but it was great, very tasty and more than sufficient for us. Rooms are clean and very comfortable and the stuff is very helpful, nice and kind. Our experience was very good, we highly recommend this place, more likely if we visit Bali again, we will come back!

We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa for a whole week. It was a great place to start our Bali vacation in very nice surroundings and to overcome jet lag with our 2 kids. Our villa manager, Surya, was truly wonderful. Very kind and good with the kids. He was also very relaxed regarding the timing of our breakfast, like the first day with jet lag we had ordered it for 8 but ended up sleeping until 9:30, but that was no issue at all and he was very understanding. We really enjoyed getting breakfast in our villa every day and everything we tried from the menu was delicious! I will dream about waking to breakfast being served right outside for a long time. We also booked a trip to Tanah Lot Temple via Serene Villas and the trip was very enjoyable thanks to the kind driver. Can only recommend staying here!

We loved everything about our stay — the villa, the food, and especially the pool. It was absolutely stunning and perfectly maintained, making it the highlight of our trip. We spent hours relaxing by the water and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The staff were wonderful, offering exceptional service throughout our stay. Breakfast was freshly prepared right in our villa, and the whole place felt beautifully luxurious. They also tended to the gardens each morning, provided turndown service in the evenings, and even helped keep the mosquitoes away. We truly wished we could have stayed longer!

The service excellent, the staff all work so sincerely from their heart, they even remember their guests by name. My families are sick during the stay so most of the day we were staying in the room, the staff are being so initiative, they can offer u soft food or ginger drinks n also they are v well coordinated. The room super nice, bed so comfortable. Amenities complete, we had a WONDERFUL holiday n stay. Buying food online also v convinient. I cud do laundry n drying before back home, so my clothes all cleaned! They provide shuttle to seminyak beach which only 5 mts away. Place is strategic in central seminyak.

Had a great stay at Tropicasa! Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Outdoor area was beautiful! The staff was lovely and made us delicious breakfast. The second day they couldn’t prepare breakfast due to Nyepi (Day of Silence) but they bought us groceries so we still had breakfast in the fridge. Theo was very helpful in everything we asked. Great service!

Makanan and her crew them they went above and beyond our needs and expectations they made us feel right at home when we first got here they always made sure we were okay and comfortable even went out of their way to buy my son a birthday cake!! They went above and beyond our expectations! I would diffinitely recommend this villa to stay it's close to everything and definitely worth your money!!
